hello hello hello!!! am back to blogging..
no particular theme.. but am into lotsa things (nothin new in that i suppose). so hopefully, i'd be writing about them in between shifts...
yup as the title suggests, i do shift work, with plenty of time in between, to be able to develop my interests, hobbies and also to discover new things and perhaps share some knowledge (as if?!), expertise (WHAT???), or beliefs and opinions about anything and everything that would take my fancy...

what better way to start than the christmas season!!!!!
haaaayyyy... pasko na naman.. and i recall mentioning to a colleague at work that i just realised, it's been 9 years since i last felt and had a pinoy christmas... yup 9 bloomin' long years that i have been away working across the seas...
so what have i been missing?
syempre pers na pers ang simbang gabi... waking up before dawn, walking to church (kse scarce ang tricycle), trying to keep awake while listening to padre's sermon.. i always lost count of how much yawns i've made.
neks ang bibingka at puto bungbong! soooo yummy! lalo na if there's loads of butter and panutsa on the puto...
kris kringle and exchange gifts... something sweet, something long, something hard.. nice to open small pressies bago pa man ang big one...
carolling time! tayo na giliw magsalo na tayo, mero na tayong tinapay at keso.. di ba noche buena sa gabing ito! at bukas ay araw ng pasko!.. namamasko po!!! tenkyu tenkyu ang baba...ang baba... ang babait ninyo tenkyu! need i say more? teehee...
pero of course, my family... gaano man kahirap ang buhay, iba ang saya iba ang ngiti kapag kapiling ang mga mahal sa buhay..

decorating the christmas tree is not as fun as it is back home..
pero sabi nga ng mga expat pinoys, kahit san man tayong sulok ng mundo, we try to make pasko as pinoy as possible... so there....

mamamasko po!!!!! hehehe...
